Seismic refraction surveying.
Commercial Terms - Payment terms are net 30 days with approved credit, or credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. A 15% discount will apply to the daily fee for rentals of 30 days duration or longer, if the customer maintains current accounts.
Rental begins the day we ship the instrument, and ends the day we receive it in good condition (normal wear and tear excluded). There is no minimum rental period.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, typically via Federal Express. A 20% surcharge will apply to shipping charges billed against GeoApp's account. Customer assumes responsibility for insurance, loss, and any damages. The one-time checkout fee does not include shipping, insurance, or customs/broker's fees. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Geophysical Applications, Inc. from any liability whatsoever resulting from renter's use of equipment or the renter's data interpretations.
MA sales tax (6.25%) will be added to invoices for rentals delivered to Massachusetts addresses or picked up at our offices. Sales taxes required by other states are the customer's responsibility.
A 15% surcharge will apply to rentals outside the United States.
